Eurojuris Ukraine Association worked out a guide for a foreign investor - Subsidiary or Representative Company: Important Aspects. The guide is aimed at assisting a foreign investor to settle on the effective form of doing business in Ukraine.

 The guide includes useful recommendations on tax and corporate law, case studies, analysis of the relevant legislation. The guide is prepared in three languages – English, Ukrainian and German ones.
