On September 28, 2011 it was held the third annual congress of the Association “Eurojuris Ukraine”, the subject of which was “The Legal Annual Hits Which Disturb Business”.

The peculiarity of this congress was the presence of the President of “Eurojuris International” Hans Jonkhout, who at the beginning of the meeting congratulated the participants of the congress.

Then the participants had the possibility to listen to agenda reports and took place in discussion thereof.

Moreover, one of the participants of the congress was a judge of the Kiev Appeal Administrative Court, who presented a report concerning the procedural aspects of hearing of cases in a part of the observation of terms of hearing by the administrative courts. Mr. Denisov emphasized the creation by the state such conditions of hearing of a case by the appeal administrative courts that make impossible of the observation of terms of hearing of cases (the astronomic availability of courts because of a large number of cases which are scienter prospectless appeals, etc.
